One zippered back-pocket for keys and the 4th one on the liner - built to support your 5 inch smartphones holding them tight against your body. And all of this comes minus any bounce or bulk.
What good is a running short without a good liner? The Distance shorts comes paired with a liner that provides support at right places while getting out of your way. Its next to nothing hand-feel and firm support makes you forget you are wearing anything, in a good way.

We're pretty confident you'll love the distance shorts. If for some reason it falls short of your standards after you receive them, we will arrange a free pickup and issue a full refund. We'll also arrange a pickup if you want to exchange it for a different size.

I have been using Athlos Distance Running Shorts for almost 3 years now. since I started using them in my running, I had not used any other brand of shorts since than, I am very comfortable in these shorts, material and feel is very good, pockets are very thoughtfully designs, I can carry car key, energy gels, cards and my iPhone very comfortably while running.
I must have run around 3000 KMs in these shorts (Total of 5 shorts), recently I completed my Mumbai Full Marathon in Distance running shorts.
One recent change which I observed was in Inner mobile pocket sometimes when u run at very fast face mainly during interval runs mobile pops out of the pocket which was not there in older pockets, so I had given my feedback and I think Athlos has taken it positively, Overall pockets are still good as I Ran full Marathon in those same pockets with my iPhone in those and it did not fall throughout the run.
