Athlos allows free returns and exchanges for any unused, unworn and unwashed merchandise within 20 days of purchase with no questions asked. While exchange, if the new size requested by you is not available, you will be given an option to avail store credit. 

Here's the process to return or exchange an item:

    1. Contact us at support@goathlos.com to state what you want to return or exchange along with your preferred time for pickup.
    2. Once your return or exchange is approved we will email you a copy of return label and schedule pickup for you.
    3. Print the first 2 pages of the label and stick it on return box or envelope.
    4. Print the order invoice to be handed over to FedEx pickup guy. 
    5. Keep return pack ready by your scheduled pickup time. 
    6. Alternatively, you can also drop the box/envelope to closest FedEx location.
    You must ship your return to us within 7 days of receiving the label or we may not be able to process your return/exchange. Once we receive your item back, we’ll process your refund or ship you the exchange items.
