• Oats and Nuts nutribar


    When Mehul Ved, a computer geek, a fitness enthusiast and a dear friend, sent us this recipe for his nutribar recipe, boy oh boy, were we delighted! Made in preparation for his 100 km run on his 30th birthday (you can read his introspections about turning 30 here) to raise funds for a local NGO, this scrumptious little nutribar is ideal for long runs and makes for a convenient, on-the-go snack to toss in your gym bag.

    Quick to make and healthy, these nutribars can be made in large batches and stored in the refrigerator which will last you for a couple of weeks. Hope this recipe has left your mouth watering and scrambling to the kitchen to prepare your first batch of nutribars.
