It's usable for training, but for my body type would have preferred a little more lengthy and baggy fit.
I ordered for a t-shirt and training shorts. Both the products turned out to be really good. The comfort of using a bamboo product is amazing. I really liked them and in fact better than the polyester clothing. I have used the distance running shorts previously and they have been equally comfortable.
There is only one issue for me .Usually size L fits good but these shorts fit snug. Except that everything is very good.

Using black color shorts since 2019. Recently ordered a new one as color faded little bit which I bought initially. Very comfortable fabric. Best for leg workout as stretch and fit is nice.
This was the first time I bought the Training Shorts. The fabric is excellent like the Ts. It’s very comfortable to wear while working out. I am not the biggest fan of the cut but I can live with it.
